97TH CHAPTER OF THE BREWERY COLLECTIBLES CLUB OF AMERICA

Home

The Mid-Michigan Chapter was chartered in 1981 and recognized as the 97th Chapter of the Brewery Collectibles Club of America.  The Chapter is the biggest in Michigan and typically ranks as one of the five largest chapters world-wide in our hobby.  Our Mid-Michigan’s membership Roster contains Presidents, Officers and Board Members of the BCCA, as well as inductees into the BCCA Hall of Fame – its highest honor.  We are still expanding each year.

As an affiliate of the national BCCA Organization, the Mid-Michigan Chapter provides members with services on a local level.  Our prime function is sponsoring trade shows where members can gather to not only procure cans and breweriana (memorabilia), but also to share news and information regarding the hobby.

During the year, our Chapter holds two major shows: WINTERFEST is held in January - - and - - SUMMERSWAP in July.  The latter show is co-sponsored by the Rusty Bunch Chapter.  Winterfest is usually held in the Flint, MI area and SummerSwap is always at Heritage Park in Frankenmuth, MI.  Each of these events draws collectors from the Great Lakes Region, Canada and beyond.  The Chapter also hosts two other meetings / socials during the year.

The Mid-Michigan Chapter provides members with an information packed newsletter called   “FOAM MATTERS” published four times a year.  Besides the fellowship that develops among the members, the Chapter offers technical advice and assistance to those that are new to our hobby.
